Louise is a 1981 Fairline 40 flybridge cruiser, very much modernised on board. In off the aft swim platform through the stern door, there's a big outdoor seating area, then sliding glass doors into a large saloon with an indoor helm, dining space and plenty of storage. Curtains on all the windows, and the settee doubles as an extra bed.

Down the stairs is a proper galley: gas hob, microwave, full-size under-counter fridge, double sink and lots of counter storage. At the bow there's a large double cabin with wardrobe storage and its own wet room with electric sea toilet; a second bathroom sits off the main hallway. There's also a twin room with good storage and a separate single berth aft.

Power is twin Ford Mermaid 210s on shafts, 1,700 hours, with a diesel generator (350 hours) making 240 V at sea and shore supply for the marina. Hot water runs off the engines or the 240 V supply. A recently fitted bow thruster makes getting on and off the pontoons a lot easier, and the flybridge has seating for six.

Sold. Kept on the site for the record — if you're after something like Louise, get in touch.
